Refund policy

General

Katrina Dorman Quantum Human Design is committed to providing the best service in a timely manner. We aim to accommodate your needs. Before making a purchase, please read this Policy so that you can understand your rights and what you can expect from us if you are not satisfied with your order.

Cancellation

When a client cancels without giving adequate notice, it prevents another client from being served. Let's respect the time commitment of all involved and consider fairly both our business and the clients who would otherwise have be able to have that appointment.

Cancellation process

We understand situations can arise in which you must cancel your appointment. Due to limited appointment availability, we request that you cancel with adequate notice - minimum of 48 hours. This allows someone else to fill that appointment slot. Please contact us by phone: 0412 987 702 - or email: hello@katrinadorman.com.au. 

If you are not able to notify us of the cancellation of the appointment a cancellation fee of $49.00 will apply. This cancellation fee will be deducted from your initial appointment payment and client can choose to either reduce the time allocated for reading to the value of $49.00 or submit payment for full reading.

We understand that plans may change due to uncontrollable and external circumstances. Missed appointments can be unintentional or may stem from an emergency, etc. Therefore, subject to approval by Katrina Dorman Quantum Human Design, cancellation due to such circumstances will not incur a cancellation fee.

Late arrivals will loose the time not attended with no ability to extend past the scheduled end time. 

Refunds

We offer refunds, in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and on the terms set out in this Policy.

Australian Consumer Law

Our products and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.  For major failures (as defined in the Australian Consumer Law) with the services, you are entitled to cancel the purchase and request a refund for the price of the service or product.

Change of Mind of Services

In the event that you book the services you have purchased, as stated, but that you simply change your mind, we will offer you a refund, provided that the services have not already been performed or you will be refunded for the remaining value of the services yet to be delivered.

Exceptions

Notwithstanding the other provisions of this Policy, we may refuse to provide a refund for a product or service purchased by you if there are other exceptions that apply under the Australian Consumer Law.

Response Time

We aim to process any requests for refunds within 3 days of receipt.

Approval of Refunds 
We will notify if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
